Summary

Support students through engaging lessons and personalised tutoring, helping them improve their subject knowledge, academic performance and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver lessons tailored to students’ learning needs and abilities.

- Provide individual and small-group tutoring.

- Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching methods to support different learners.

- Assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

- Prepare learning materials, practice exercises and assessments.

- Support students with assignments, revision and exam preparation.

- Maintain accurate attendance and progress records.

- Communicate with parents, guardians and colleagues as appropriate.

- Create a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment.
