IT & Library AssistantWe are looking for an IT & Library Assistant to join our fantastic team at the Heart of Yorkshire Education Group!Libraries play a vital role within the Group, providing assistant and guidance to all staff and students, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us deliver exceptional service.You will:Provide customer facing technical support for mobiles, laptops and software applications at Tier 1 IT levelUndertake administrative duties to ensure the effective operation of the Library and IT helpdeskDevelop and promote access to resources both in the library and through a strong online presenceAssist in the collection of resources and maintain stockThis is a customer facing role, where you will regularly liaise with a range of staff and students to provide a quality service.You will have:GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C/9-4 or equivalentLevel 2 IT qualification or equivalent IT experience/skillsExperience of liaising with customers in a busy environmentExperience of using Microsoft Office for administrationIf this sounds like the role for you, apply now!
