This role is at the heart of our pastoral provision and is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, builds strong relationships with pupils, and can respond calmly and consistently when young people need support most.You will work directly with students who may experience emotional dysregulation or crisis, offering support both on-call and through ad hoc and planned interventions.You will also deliver regular student support sessions, model restorative practice, and champion our values to help our pupils UNPACK their potential through our newly created school values: Understanding • Nurture • Positivity • Aspirations • Consistency • KindnessThis is not a passive role.
