With schools continuing to recruit throughout the academic year, Hays Education are looking to speak with primary teachers interested in securing longer-term teaching positions across Coventry.

We regularly support schools with maternity cover, fixed-term contracts, job shares, PPA cover and class teacher vacancies, many of which come directly through our established partner schools.

Your new role

This advert is aimed at teachers looking to move away from short-term supply and secure a role where they can become part of a school community.

Roles are available across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 and can range from part-time teaching opportunities to full-time class teacher positions. We work closely with schools to understand their requirements and help match teachers to roles that suit their experience and aspirations.

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Recent experience within a UK primary school

Strong teaching and classroom management skills

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A commitment to supporting pupil progress
