About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on
Assistant Production Manager - Textiles to support our client with their
embroidery and print operations. Working closely with the Production Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain quality standards, and ensure orders are completed on time. This is not your usual Assistant Production Manager role. You will be working on embroidery and print machines 80% of the time, while supporting an established and friendly team of machinists.

Key Responsibilities for Assistant Production Manager - Textiles
• Support the Production Manager and cover their duties when required.
• Work across embroidery and print production.
• Supervise and support production team members.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
