The post holder will be expected to:
Travel as required in relation to the needs of the service
Work in accordance with Adult and Public Protection principles and procedures
Adhere to the requirements of company policy and procedures and health and
safety policies and legislation
The postholder is able to demonstrate:
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
The ability to use a range of ICT packages including MS Office
The ability to collate and analyse information
The ability to manage time in order to successfully deliver projects
The ability to continually evaluate information and develop practical business
orientated solutions
The ability to work as part of a team and provide guidance and support to other
members of staff
The ability to supervise direct reports
Report writing
The ability to work autonomously and be accountable, while at the same time
recognising when matters need to be referred to a more senior manager
