Summary

The successful Candidate will be responsible for Raising invoices and requisitions within the Oracle financial system. Assisting with financial data entry, journals, spreadsheets, and control accounts. Investigating invoices, payment, payroll, and coding queries. Supporting the production of monthly management reports. Liaising with budget holders, suppliers, and finance colleagues to resolve financial issues. Monitoring and following up outstanding debts and escalating issues when required. Maintaining accurate financial records, databases, and reporting information. Person SpecificationQualifications, knowledge and experienceEssential AAT Intermediate Level, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification. GCSE Mathematics and English (Grades 9-5/A*-C) or equivalent experience. Knowledge of finance procedures, such as petty cash, financial systems, and VAT.Desirable Previous experience in a clerical, finance, or customer service role.
