As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of one of the nursery rooms, ensuring a high standard of care and education for the children in your care. Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan, deliver, and reflect on age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Promote positive relationships with children and their families, offering regular updates and building trust.
• Support the individual needs of each child, helping them reach their full potential through responsive care and tailored learning.
• Model best practice and provide day-to-day support, guidance, and supervision to team members.
• Ensure that safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene procedures are followed at all times.
• Foster an inclusive culture where every child and colleague is respected and valued.
