Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced
Residential Support Worker to join a supportive setting in
Trafford, working with children and young people who require additional support.
This is a
long-term, full-time opportunity with an immediate start, ideal for someone who has worked in
children’s residential care, youth support, SEND, SEMH or a similar environment.
The Role:
• Supporting children and young people with their individual needs
• Building positive, trusting relationships and providing consistent support
• Promoting independence, confidence and positive behaviour
• Supporting young people who may display challenging behaviour
• Providing emotional and practical support throughout the day
• Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe, structured and supportive environment
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has
previous experience working with children or young people
• Ideally has experience within residential care, SEND, SEMH, youth work or behaviour support
• Is calm, patient, resilient and confident when dealing with challenging situations
• Can build strong relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Is reliable and committed to a
long-term, full-time position
• Is available for an
immediate start
Pay: £92.63 – £115 per day, dependent on experience.
