Salary: Up to £30,000 - £31,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm
A long-standing, family-owned business based in Poole are looking to recruit a Credit Controller on permanent contract.
As the Credit Controller, you will be managing customer accounts, collect outstanding debts, and supporting cash flow performance while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and collect customer debts, prioritising accounts to minimise risk
• Act as main point of contact for customer account, invoice and payment queries
• Hold regular meetings with sales teams to resolve credit issues
• Review and assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers
• Prepare and issue customer statements, overdue reminders and reports
• Manage reconciliations, customer portals and EDI
• Monitor credit limits, credit holds and high value invoices
• Support month end invoicing and provide team cover when required
