Summary

Production Operative

Shift Pattern: 5 on 5 off, 5 on 5 off, 4 on 4 off

Hours: 6:00am to 6:00pm (Days)

Pay: £17.20 per hour

Duration: Temp to perm role

Location: Ibstock

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking

Production Operative to join our team.

Duties:

Cleaning machinery and production plant

Ability to take ownership of the role

Ability to rotor and prioritise your own workload

Greasing and oiling equipment

Operating mobile plant when required

Assisting with production activities

Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards

Following Health & Safety procedures at all times

Assist in the development of SSOP's and Risk Assessments

What we're looking for:

Good attendance and timekeeping

Self-motivated with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn to operate key manufacturing and mobile plant

Strong awareness of Health & Safety

Previous experience in a physically demanding role

Willingness to learn and undertake further training

Desirable:

Counterbalance FLT Licence

Experience within a manufacturing or continuous improvement environment
