Summary
Recruitment Professionals is looking for motivated individuals to join our office-based team in Watford as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. No previous recruitment experience is required. The role involves sourcing candidates, speaking with prospective applicants, building candidate networks, assisting with candidate screening and supporting the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement. You will also communicate with clients and candidates, maintain recruitment records and follow up on recruitment opportunities. This is a permanent, commission-only position based in our Watford office. The successful candidate will start at the end of November 2026.
