Summary

Support children and families affected by imprisonment, providing practical advice, guidance and one-to-one support throughout their contact with the prison.

Deliver the day-to-day Visitor Centre service, including booking visitors in, managing enquiries, helplines, property deposits and supporting families through the visits process.

Safeguard children, young people and families, applying child protection procedures and making appropriate referrals when additional support is needed.

Work closely with prison teams and partner agencies to strengthen family relationships and ensure families receive coordinated, appropriate support.

Keep the service running safely and effectively, maintaining accurate records and data, supporting operational activities and delivering excellent customer service.
