Summary

​EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in The Prescott School, Knowsley Park Lane Liverpool, L34 3NB. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,113.00 per annum and benefits package. Shift times:Mon-Fri Early - 0530am-1330pmMon -Fri Late - 1300pm-2100pmRotating   Overview:The Caretaker is responsible for the safe, secure and efficient operation of the school site. Duties include opening and locking the building, security checks, reception, visitor and contractor management, porterage, planned and reactive maintenance, minor repairs and supporting community use of the premises. The role also involves maintaining site records, completing meter readings, following Equans health and safety procedures, reporting incidents and managing contractors in line with company requirements. The Caretaker will provide a professional and customer-focused service, respond promptly to requests, work safely and efficiently, and represent Equans positively at all times. The role may include occasional out-of-hours work and other reasonable duties as required. For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting.
