A home, not just a service

Our Mid-shires service is looking for an experienced support worker to help provide support for up to 3 adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family - relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.

***Due to the nature of this role, a full UK manual driving licence is essential.***

Your working hours

We are offering full-time hours, at 37.5 hours per week.

You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and every other weekend as part of a rota

Typical shifts:

* Earlies: 7:30am - 2:30pm

* Lates: 2:30pm - 10pm

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.

• Support with daily living tasks such as personal care, mealtimes, and medication

• Encourage independence through a person-centred approach

• Accompany people to appointments, events, and community activities

• Keep clear, accurate records

• Most importantly - help each person live life on their own terms
