Fellows will be encouraged and expected to contribute to the department through engagement in quality improvement, audits, teaching or research, and will be provided support. The preferred candidate will be self-driven and proactive.

You will be expected to be on the on-call rota, including night shifts. Commitments are typically 1 in 9, covering theatres and maternity; the exact deployment is dependent on experience and rota requirements. Occasionally, the on call rota is full, and an alternative rota will apply.
