We're looking for motivated, hands-on people to join our Industrial Services Mobile Crew, supporting major industrial sites across East Yorkshire. This is a role for people who enjoy being active, working in confined space and as part of a close-knit team, learning new skills, and tackling a different challenge every day.

One day you could be working on a large industrial shutdown, the next operating specialist equipment at a customer site or travelling with the team to support a project elsewhere in the UK.

No two days are the same.

Whether you already have industry experience or you're looking for a career change and want to learn a skilled trade, we'll support your development with a structured training pathway and nationally recognised qualifications.

What's the Role?

As an Industrial Services Operative, you'll be part of a mobile operational crew delivering specialist industrial cleaning and maintenance services across a range of sectors.

The role can involve:

Working as part of a mobile team on customer sites across East Yorkshire

Operating specialist industrial cleaning equipment

High-pressure water jetting

Confined space entry (following full training and certification)

Manual handling and physical tasks

Driving company vehicles and travelling to sites

Supporting planned shutdowns and emergency response activities

Following industry-leading health, safety and environmental standards
