Hours of work:

You’ll work both weekend days at our Head Office in Buckshaw Village, Chorley on the following working pattern:

Saturday – 7.5 hours from 9am to 5:00pm

Sunday – 5.5 hours from 10am to 4pm

What you’ll be doing:

Assisting in the smooth running of the contact centre; taking customer reservations predominantly via the phone and over the web for our holidays. This is a great opportunity to join a successful team delivering exceptional customer service. Duties include:

Answering incoming calls from customers wishing to book or enquire about Alfa holidays and hotels

Taking balance payments for customer holidays

Issuing tickets to guests

Converting any calls and enquiries into sales

What we’re looking for:

We’d love to hear from you if you’re friendly, reliable, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Whilst no formal qualifications are required for the role, you will need to:

Be confident in your ability to convert general enquiries into sales

Provide excellent levels of customer service

Have the ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining a patient, helpful and friendly manner with customers when taking calls

Be a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner

Have strong attention to detail

Have experience with Microsoft Office packages
