Summary

We are recruiting Day and Waking Night Support Workers to join our new supported living service in Reigate, Surrey.

You will support adults aged 18–65 with a range of needs including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, complex needs and various other conditions.

The role involves providing person-centred support to help individuals live safely, develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

Day-to-day duties may include supporting individuals with daily living skills, personal care where required, medication, meal preparation, shopping, appointments, community activities, emotional wellbeing and maintaining a safe and positive home environment.

Waking Night Support Workers will provide support throughout the night, respond to individuals requiring assistance, complete required welfare and safety checks, maintain accurate records and ensure the safety and wellbeing of the people we support.

This is a 24-hour service and applicants may work day shifts, waking-night shifts, weekends and bank holidays according to the agreed rota.
