We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established Occupational Health team. This is a varied role covering occupational health case management, fitness-for-work assessments and health surveillance, supporting employees and managers across the organisation.

You will manage a varied occupational health caseload, providing professional advice and practical recommendations to support employee health, attendance and rehabilitation.

You will need:

• Current NMC registration

• A recognised Occupational Health qualification (Diploma, Degree or equivalent)

• Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor

• Experience managing occupational health case management referrals

• Experience delivering health surveillance

• Knowledge of fitness-for-work assessments

• Understanding of rehabilitation, reasonable adjustments and return-to-work planning

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills

• The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
