Summary
Phoenix Care Staff are looking for experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team, supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviours.
We have a range of shifts available, including day shifts, waking nights and sleep-ins.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 6 months' experience working in care/support work
Experience supporting children or young people with learning disabilities and complex needs
Experience managing challenging behaviours
A full UK driving licence is preferred
Reliable, caring and confident in providing person-centred support
Flexible and willing to work a variety of shifts
What we offer:
