Location: Swindon (SN1) – In-Person
Salary: £12.71 plus overnight payment

No previous experience is required. We provide full, paid mandatory training—including safeguarding and medication administration—alongside continuous support to help you succeed.
What You Will Do
As a Care Support Worker, you will follow individual care plans to assist our service users with all aspects of daily living, building strong, trusting, and respectful bonds. Your duties will include:
Independence Support: Assisting with daily skills like cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, and light domestic tasks.
Community Engagement: Chaperoning service users on exciting days out, social activities, and appointments.
Personal Care: Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and general wellbeing with dignity and respect.
Overnight Support: Performing sleep-in overnight duties (applicable if you are scheduled on a 24-hour shift).
Shift Patterns & Flexibility
We offer a range of shifts to fit around your lifestyle, operating across 8-hour, 12-hour, and 24-hour shift schedules:
Monday to Friday only
Weekends only
Every weekend or rotating weekends
Day shifts or Night shifts
What We Are Looking For
Communication: Good spoken and written English skills are essential for logging daily records and communicating safely.
Values: A reliable team player with a compassionate nature and a strong willingness to learn.
Commute: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Swindon before starting work.
Education & Experience: GCSE or equivalent is preferred; 1 year of home care experience is a bonus, but not essential.
Right to Work: Valid United Kingdom work authorisation is required.
IMPORTANT: No sponsorships are available for this role. You must already possess the permanent right to work in the UK without restriction.
