An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administrator within Children's Services.

This varied and rewarding role provides essential support across a range of functions, including intake and assessment administration, finance and invoice-related processes, as well as administrative support to social work colleagues. As part of a busy and dedicated team, you will play a key role in helping services run smoothly and effectively.

We are looking for an experienced administrator who is comfortable working in a sensitive environment where professionalism, discretion and confidentiality are paramount. The successful candidate will be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and remain calm and effective in a fast-paced setting.

Strong communication skills, flexibility, minute-taking experience, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines are all highly desirable. Excellent interpersonal skills are equally important, with the confidence to build positive relationships and engage effectively with colleagues, partners and stakeholders at all levels. Alongside this, a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as part of a team are essential.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience in a role that directly supports professionals working to improve outcomes for children, young people and families in our communities.

If you are looking for a new challenge and would like to make a meaningful contribution within Children's Services, we would be delighted to receive your application.
