Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable automotive dealership in Bridgnorth for a Service Technician. This Service Technician role offers a significant opportunity for experienced motor trade professionals to join a well-established team dedicated to high standards of service and customer satisfaction. Duties:

- Conduct vehicle servicing, repairs, and inspections to manufacturer standards

- Carry out tyre fitting and wheel alignment

- Repair brakes, exhausts, batteries, and suspension components

- Handle MOT repairs and testing

- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults efficiently

- Advise customers on additional repairs and future maintenance needs

- Follow health and safety protocols during all workshop activities

- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced workshop environment

Requirements:

- NVQ Level 2 Automotive qualification or equivalent

- Proven experience in vehicle diagnostics, mechanical repairs, and fast-fit services

- Knowledge of tyres, brakes, suspension, and exhaust systems

- Demonstrable attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to effectively manage workload in a busy workshop

- Full UK driving licence
