This lovely care home which caters for elderly residents with Dementia related Illnesses in the Ashgate area of Chesterfield, is seeking enthusiastic Care Workers to join their dedicated team of care staff.

Key Responsibilities
• To deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring the comfort, hygiene, and ensuring the dignity of all residents.
• Follow individualised care plans precisely to meet the unique physical and emotional needs of each resident.
• Complete daily paperwork, logs, and reports accurately to maintain seamless continuity of care.
• Work effectively, professionally, and harmoniously alongside the existing care team.
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience in a residential or elderly care setting (preferred).
• A compassionate, patient, and highly professional attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing essential paperwork.
For this role, you must have;
- A minimum of 3 months experience in a Care environment
- A DBS dated within the last 6 months, registered on the update service or the facility to pay for one upfront at the cost of £49.50.
- All relevant mandatory training up-to-date and ideally certificates to show for this or we can assist you to access online training platforms.
- Referenceable work history covering the past 2 years

We have ongoing hours available and potentially a permanent role for the right candidates!
Shift times will be between 08:00 to 20:00. Other shifts are available on request, especially bank holidays and weekends.
Rates of pay are £13.15 per hour and you will also accrue up to 28 days paid holiday per year for time served.
