DUTIES
Our Home Care Assistant will provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients, ensuring their comfort and independence in their own homes.
o Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
o Support clients with mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks to maintain a safe environment.
o Foster trusting relationships with consistent clients to enhance their quality of life.
o Collaborate with the care team to monitor and report on client progress, ensuring tailored care plans are followed.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
We seek a compassionate Home Care Assistant who is dedicated to treating clients like family, with or without prior care experience, as comprehensive training is provided.
o PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Empathetic, reliable, and committed to client well-being.
o SKILLS: Effective communication, ability to work independently, and strong teamwork.
o EDUCATION: No formal qualifications required; a willingness to learn is essential.
o EXPERIENCE: Care experience is desirable but not mandatory
o DRIVING: a valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required for this role.
o AVAILABILITY: Flexible to work alternate weekends and shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, either full-time (7:00 AM-3:00 PM or 3:00 PM-10:00 PM) or part-time (7:00 AM-10:00 AM, 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, or 5:00 PM-10:00 PM).
REMUNERATION
HadiCare offers a competitive and rewarding package for the Home Care Assistant role, reflecting our commitment to valuing our staff.
o HOURLY PAY: £12.60 per hour, depending on experience and shift patterns.
