The role:
- Teaching Drama to secondary-aged students
- Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons
- Encouraging students to develop self-expression, confidence, and performance skills
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to support student progress
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Have experience teaching Drama at secondary level
- Be passionate about the performing arts and inspiring young people
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
- Be adaptable, patient, and committed to supporting students' individual needs
