Summary
The Watermill Theatre is looking for an experienced and diligent Chef to join the busy catering team. Working alongside the Head Chef and Chef Assistant, this role will deliver outstanding preshow dining for the Watermill Theatre restaurant and bar, as well as catering for other events taking place at the theatre.
The Watermill Theatre restaurant and bar primarily operate prior to matinee and evening performances at the theatre, 6 days a week. The restaurant offers a limited 2 course menu, whilst hot snacks are served from the bar. There are up to 70 covers
per service in the restaurant, running 12 – 2.30pm and/or 5 -7.30pm.
