Summary

Facilities Management Assistant needed in Nottingham

This is a temporary role and the rate is £13.91ph PAYE

The successful candidate will assist the Account Manager by supporting the management of service delivery and customer satisfaction within a designated number of area-based sites. (Facilities Management Service Level Agreements/Contracts). They will undertake an active role in the recruitment, retention, and training / development of frontline Building Cleaning employees through application form assessment and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions and will meet and visit customers to ensure the service is providing high levels of customer satisfaction via discussions and planned meetings to review service performance at agreed and required standards.
