Are you an experienced housing professional who knows how to manage a busy patch, build trust with residents and bring complex tenancy, leasehold and estate issues to resolution?

We are looking for Neighbourhood Housing Leads to act as the primary relationship holder for residents across local patches, delivering a reliable, consistent and customer-focused housing management service.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with housing management, tenancy management, leasehold, ASB, estate services or neighbourhood experience who wants to make a visible difference for residents while working across internal teams, local authorities, contractors and community stakeholders.

You will manage relationships across a patch of around 500 to 600 homes, helping residents navigate L&Q services, resolving issues at pace and acting as the voice of the resident across the organisation.

If this sounds like you, we would love for you to apply!
