Summary

Catering experience and a qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent is essential for this post.

In these Mobile Catering Supervisor posts, you would be responsible for all activities in the kitchen and it's surrounds including cooking, organisation and supervision of food service.

Supervising staff working in the kitchen.

You must be aware of HACCP procedures - completing required paperwork including electronic returns.

Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.

Duties may also include transporting and serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), cleaning of the kitchen and it's surround.

We currently have a permanent vacancy to join our team within schools and nurseries in Fife:

Glenrothes Area:

30 hours per week working Monday to Friday on a permanent 38 week term time contract.

You will earn a competitive salary of £26,786.83 to £29,170.80 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:

£14.27 per hour to start, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.

Pay is annualised (equal instalments every 4-week pay period).

Travel expenses will be paid – we pay 45 pence per mile to staff using their own car.

Training on all in house systems will be provided.
