Job Description
We are looking to hire 2 reliable Personal Assistant / Support Workers who can share the role/hours who are required to support a young man with community access, social activities, and developing independent living skills.
The role will mainly involve supporting attendance at weekday evening and weekend sporting events and activities, alongside assistance with appointments and encouraging confidence and independence in day-to-day life. Someone with excellent speaking skills is essential for this role to help and support this individual in times of distress.
