Summary

In addition, you will provide mentoring to others, including student nurses, and collaborate with various agencies on Early Help Assessments, Child in Need procedures, and safeguarding children and young people, following local procedures in line with Northamptonshire Safeguarding Board guidelines. You will be responsible for maintaining your professional registration through continued professional development, ensuring high standards of practice are met, and engaging in reflective practice as part of NMC revalidation. Participation in supervision and working groups for the development of practices will also be required.
