If so, we have a fantastic opportunity to become a member of the Digital Capability & Training team at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Reporting to the Digital Training Manager, you will design and deliver learning resources that improve the digital capability of colleagues at all levels of the Trust, building their confidence with the systems that support patient care. You will collaborate with project teams and clinical colleagues on learning materials that support the implementation of new technologies across the Trust. Our training offer is continually evolving to include new approaches, such as video and web content. You will have the opportunity not only to learn new skills, but also to help us grow and expand our services based on your unique perspective. What you will bring to the role Experience designing and delivering high-quality learning materials for digital systems. The ability to design, implement, and evaluate training programmes and products to meet organisational and user needs. The ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work to agreed timescales. The ability to create and maintain training documentation. The ability to analyse training needs, and use feedback and performance information to improve the learning provision. The ability to communicate complex information and guidance to a wide range of staff groups. The ability to resolve user queries, identify issues, and apply effective problem-solving skills.
