Summary
I am an adult male diagnosed with fragile X syndrome and have a learning disability.
I am looking for a personal assistant to support me with accessing the community
To take me out in the community to any social activities such as Conwy connect, cinema or for coffee.
To support me when out and about and teach me life skills such as finances.
To support to improve personal safety in areas such as road safety
Undertake any further training if required.
The role is dependent upon a DBS and 2 references. We are not able to offer sponsorship so proof of Right to Work in the UK is essential.
