We are recruiting energetic

Primary Teaching Assistants to support staff and inspire pupils across Crawly. From child-led play in

Early Years (EYFS) to foundation skills in

Key Stage 1 (KS1) and SATs prep in

Key Stage 2 (KS2), we match you with primary settings that fit your schedule and goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Partnering with primary class teachers to deliver engaging learning activities and keep pupils on task.

Running targeted reading, phonics, and numeracy booster sessions with individuals or small groups.

Delivering dedicated 1:1 assistance to children with SEN (including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs).

Fostering a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels supported.

Assisting with lesson prep, creative displays, and break-time monitoring.

Who We're Looking For:

Relevant experience supporting children or young people (in schools, nurseries, youth clubs, coaching, or care).

A positive, adaptable mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

Good proficiency in core Primary English and Maths.

An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or readiness to complete one).

Right to work in the UK and reliable access to schools throughout

Crawly.
