Registered Nurse

Red Court Care Community – Grantham

Hours: 22–33 hours per week

Salary: £22.00 per hour

Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire

Red Court Care Community is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high standards of nursing care, working closely with residents, families and the wider care team. You will play an important role in ensuring residents receive personalised care that meets their individual needs and preferences.

We are looking for someone who:

Is a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC registration

Has a genuine passion for providing high-quality care

Is confident working as part of a team

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Is organised, reliable and compassionate

Takes pride in maintaining high standards of care and clinical practice

Previous experience within a care home environment would be advantageous, although we welcome applications from nurses with relevant experience who are looking to develop their career within social care.
