Summary
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Location: Guildford, GU2 7XX
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality patient care within the hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess, monitor and document patients’ conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with hospital policies.
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration.
- At least 1 year of UK hospital nursing experience.
- Excellent communication and clinical skills.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Reliable and professional approach.
