Success in this role means technology changes happen smoothly, with the right people, processes and knowledge in place before go-live.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate service readiness activities across projects, suppliers and support teams.

• Identify risks, gaps and dependencies before services move into live use.

• Build strong relationships that keep change moving smoothly and safely.

• Support service management processes and help drive continual improvement.

• Ensure knowledge, documentation and ownership are in place before go-live.

Why join us

Join a team that sits at the heart of technology change and service delivery. You’ll learn from experienced colleagues, build your knowledge of service management and gain exposure to a wide range of projects and business change activity. Be part of one of the UK’s Great Places to Work!

• Strong communication skills, translating technical information for different audiences.

• Knowledge of service management principles, an ITIL qualification or equivalent experience.

• Experience organising competing priorities and managing a varied workload.

• Confidence working collaboratively across teams, suppliers and stakeholders.

Stronger together

We do our best work when we’re ourselves. That’s why inclusion, wellbeing, and our diversity networks help make Home Group a great place to work!

The practical bits

• We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home.

• We can’t offer a CoS for this role
