Duties of the Aftersales Manager involve:

- Overseeing all Aftersales operations, including service, parts, and workshop teams

- Managing daily workshop performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets

- Driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all service departments

- Developing staff through training, motivation, and performance management

- Controlling department budgets and ensuring commercial targets are met

- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies

- Maintaining effective communication with team members, customers, and suppliers

Requirements for the role:

- Proven experience as an Aftersales / Aftersales Manager within a dealership environment

- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs effectively

- Full UK driving licence

- Relevant industry qualifications are desirable but not essential
