Summary

We are searching for an experienced team leader to support a team of assembly operatives for our Client in Leicester.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team, preferably in a fast-paced assembly environment and have great assembly experience themselves. You will be able to stay level-headed and organised during busy periods and able to delegate tasks to your team where appropriate.

Other duties will include:

- Operating machinery

- General housekeeping

- Ensuring a safe work environment

- Training team members

To be successful in this role you will need:

- Previous experience in a similar role

- Computer literacy and good written/spoken English

- Ability to work under pressure

- To be a decision maker

- Ability to solve problems and handle issues

After a successful period, you will be taken on as a full-time member of staff.

This role is a 4 on/4 off shift rotation.

You will work from 06:00 to 18:00 for 4 days and then enjoy 4 days off.

You will be paid £14.05 per hour.

Holiday is accrued up to 28 days year pro rata.

We do not offer visa sponsorships.
