An established and highly regarded organisation within the corporate services sector is seeking a Senior Corporate Administrator to join its growing team on a fixed-term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate services professional to take ownership of a portfolio of client entities, manage key client relationships and play a vital role in delivering high-quality governance and compliance services within a collaborative and professional environment.

Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you will join an entrepreneurial team focused on providing exceptional client service, maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting a diverse portfolio of corporate structures and transactions.

Your new role

As a Senior Corporate Administrator, you will independently manage a portfolio of client entities, including more complex structures and transactions, while serving as a primary point of contact for clients and intermediaries. You will be responsible for delivering high standards of corporate administration, governance support and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex client entities, structures and transactions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, intermediaries, legal advisers and regulators.
  • Coordinating and attending board and shareholder meetings, preparing draft minutes and ensuring actions are completed.
  • Reviewing minutes, resolutions, statutory filings and other corporate documentation.
  • Managing client onboarding, reviews and ongoing monitoring processes in line with AML, sanctions and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitoring deadlines and proactively identifying matters requiring action or escalation.
  • Preparing client invoices and supporting the management of work-in-progress and debtor balances.
  • Providing technical guidance, mentoring and support to junior colleagues.
  • Contributing to process improvements, operational efficiencies and service innovation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in corporate services, governance and client relationship management, together with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced professional environment.Essential requirements include:

  • A minimum of 5 years' client-facing corporate services experience.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance, statutory administration and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Companies Act 1981, the Beneficial Ownership Act 2025 and other statutory requirements applicable to Bermuda entities.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Chartered Governance Professional designation from The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly ICSA).

You'll also demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A commercial mindset with a strong focus on client service excellence.
  • Confidence identifying and escalating risks when appropriate.
  • Experience with Viewpoint entity management software would be advantageous
