Whilst experience is preferred, it is not essential as we want to find the right person and will offer training to support development in this role. As a Cover Supervisor you will supervise the classes of teachers who are unavailable for reasons including meetings, training, trips and short term illness. This is a key role in our school and we seek to appoint someone who is able to communicate, inspire and support our students to achieve their goals.
