You will:• Assist teachers in creating positive, inclusive and engaging learning environments.• Provide 1:1, small-group or in class support depending on need.• Help with classroom preparation, resources, displays and administrative tasks.• Support pupils’ emotional wellbeing, behaviour and academic development.• Work proactively with teaching staff to ensure pupils can thrive and achieve their potential.Assignments may vary day to day or longer-term depending on academy needs.What We’re Looking For:We welcome applicants who demonstrate:• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing.• Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.• A calm, patient and flexible approach.• Good literacy, numeracy and ICT capability.• Commitment to safeguarding and equality.Relevant TA qualifications (Level 1-3) and experience working in educational settings are essential for supply roles. *Please note your qualification will be the level you would work at on our supply bank. Please refer to the attached Job Descriptions for your appropriate qualified level* Salary: Level 1 - Grade C Points 5-6Level 2 - Grade D Points 7-10Level 3 - Grade E Points 11-16•Hourly Rate is dependent on experience and qualification level.
