Summary

About the role

We are looking to appoint 3 detail orientated Admissions and Applicant Engagement Advisors on a fixed term basis for 9 months. This is a fast paced and dynamic Admissions and Applicant Engagement team and the successful candidates will be responsible for processing applications for a range of courses across all levels of study at the University. The successful post holders will have a specific focus on processing applications from Indian and Nepalese applicants so experience of international admissions would be highly advantageous but full training will be provided.

Main Responsibilities

1. Provide a high quality and hyper-personal service across our customer engagement platforms ensuring that prospective applicant enquiries are processed within ambitious service targets

2. Review applications and make offers within agreed parameters

3. Ensure applications and offers are processed in line with all relevant compliance frameworks, policies and procedures, such as UCAS, DfE, UKVI, UKCISA.

4. Undertake outbound contact activity across our range of customer engagement platforms in line with the University’s conversion strategy for Home and International customers.

5. Mandatory staffing, on a rota basis, of key recruitment events including Offer Holder Days, Open Events, Clearing and other events throughout each recruitment cycle
