Summary

Chef de Partie - Permanent Opportunity

Glasgow (G72 9UE)

£35,000 per annum

Approx. 45 hours per week

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and beautifully presented hotel located in Lanarkshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated

Chef de Partie to join a growing kitchen brigade within a supportive and professional environment.

The property has a strong reputation and a positive team culture, offering a collaborative, family-oriented atmosphere in the kitchen. With continued growth and investment in the team, this is an exciting time to join the business and contribute to its ongoing development.

The Role

Position: Chef de Partie (Permanent)

Working approximately 45 hours per week

Currently 5 days from 7

Planned transition to a 4 days on / 3 days off rota once the full kitchen team is established

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience at Chef de Partie level

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a brigade

Passionate about quality food and maintaining high standards
