Summary
Grounds Maintenance Operative / Team Leader - Coventry - CV Area
PPM are currently looking for experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives and Team Leaders are required by our leading commercial grounds upkeep client across the Coventry region.
The pay rate is £14.24 - £17.93 per hour (Inc. Holiday Pay), depending on tickets, ticket combinations, and experience.
The working hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Your duties will include: Commercial grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, weed control (PA1/PA6), ground-level chainsaw work, stump grinding, and operating mini-diggers and IPAF platforms for site clearance and maintenance.
A
Full UK Driving Licence, experience operating heavy grounds machinery/power tools, and relevant tickets (
PA1/PA6,
Chainsaw CS30/CS31,
IPAF, or
Mini Digger) are essential to command the upper pay rates.
These are
full-time temp-to-perm roles for candidates looking for long-term stability.
