Forklift Driver - Dunstable
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Forklift Driver to work in the Superdrug Warehouse in Dunstable. You will be working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, focusing on picking and packing tasks while operating an FLT Reach truck.

Essential requirements for Forklift Driver
- 6-12 months of experience operating a Reach truck
- Ability to perform loading, unloading, and pallet stacking
- Strong understanding of pedestrian safety and hazard identification
- Ability to conduct pre-use machinery checks
- Good level of English communication
Desirable requirements for Forklift Driver
- Additional forklift licences
- Training in manual handling and working at height
- Previous experience in the retail industry
- Ability to meet or exceed performance KPIs
- Willingness to support picking and other warehouse departments
Role for Forklift Driver
- Operate a Reach truck to move goods safely within the warehouse
- Load and unload deliveries efficiently
- Handle and stack pallets according to safety standards
- Perform manual tasks as required to support warehouse operations
