The Opportunity

SAAF Education is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Administrator Apprentice to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in business administration while gaining valuable experience within a busy recruitment and education environment.

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day operations of the business, gaining hands-on experience in administration, customer service, data management and communication. Full training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

· Providing administrative support to the recruitment and operations team.

· Managing and updating company databases and records.

· Handling telephone calls, emails and enquiries professionally.

· Assisting with candidate registrations and compliance documentation.

· Preparing reports, spreadsheets and business documents.

· Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.

· Supporting diary management and meeting coordination.

· Assisting with social media, marketing and communication activities.

· Processing business paperwork and ensuring information is up to date.

· Providing excellent customer service to candidates, schools and clients.

Essential Requirements

· Strong communication skills.

· Right to work in the UK.

· Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have access to own vehicle.

Working Week

Mon- Fri (9am -5pm)

Qualifications Required

-GCSE Grade 4/C or above in English and Maths (or equivalent).

-Basic IT skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.

Training to be Provided

Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.

You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard, which includes:

•Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours

• Business Administrator L3 Apprenticeship Standard

•Functional skills in Maths and English if required

This will be delivered by your dedicated training provider, Realise.

Future Prospects

Opportunity to progress to a Recruitment Administrator or Recruitment Consultant support role within the business upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
