Summary

ROLE SUMMARY: The role is varied and fast paced. The post holder will identify, build, deliver and co-facilitate appropriate learning solutions to meet the skills and knowledge gaps of wide range of staff across Navigo. This will include planning and delivering resuscitation in accordance with RCUK/Qualsafe guidelines. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the development and implementation of a range of educational, training and development activities across all staff groups within Navigo. To design and deliver specialist education and training, within an agreed portfolio, to a wide range of staff across Navigo, contributing to the delivery of Navigo's People and Organisational Development Strategies. Deliver mandatory training programmes to the workforce.
